Concerned by what I have heard this morning on ABC radio – sounded like Mark Speakman (NSW Minister for the Environment) was trying to soften up the public to accepting an ‘industry led’ scheme. Can’t find any info on the Internet – anyone have more info?

Great idea. Very similar to the cash return for empties that I remember in the 1950s. Lets stand up to the Coca-Cola Co.
